Probiotic..Threelac or Florastor..which is better? - florastor or threelac
My doctor advised me a probiotic, and I personally suspect a problem with candida for over a year .. I read a lot about Threelac and sounds good, but my doctor .... Florastor perscribed or someone has tried to have both an opinion about what is better? Is there a difference?

In fact, an answer given here is only a personal opinion, if it is better (I can speak my mind, if you want). Above all probiotics contribute to the internal balance in the body to the point where it can contribute to candida.
Personally, I use a probiotic that my doctor gave me because they see their situation and the current problems, it is likely to make the best formula to know in order to give maximum benefits. Ultimately, the choice.
Most people do not feel much difference between the different probiotics, provided they possess the same amount that most probiotic formulas are very similar (they have mostly the same strains of L. acidophilus assets, etc.).

I heard that Threelac is not so good. But I think it depends on where you read it. My nutritionist had me on a probiotic powder for a while, as he said, they are better absorbed. (but expensive). He also said that the quality of probiotics in the capsule of goat milk is very high. He was in a white container with blue cap. Regardless of the cooling is maintained longer.
