My dog is an older dog and a broken elbow callus. I need to keep a bandage on it, because it is an open space with the flow. I tried to Coban, ACE bandages, wraps. Whatever I drop that continues. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? Thanks in advance!

May I ask why they are not open to the atmosphere, so you can dry and cure it?
Some better healing of wounds without bandages.
