Antenna Boom Replacement My Dell XPS M140's Antenna Cuts Off On Its Own?

My Dell XPS M140's antenna cuts off on its own? - antenna boom replacement

I had my computer for over a year and has started to act a few days. I surf the Internet and the increasing power outages cut access from the outside and once cut at random, wherever you may be here for an hour or 10 minutes, and he will. What should I do?

When the light cut screen, the wireless card could be loose, the driver is corrupted or the card is incorrect.

Try to update the driver first, a list of drivers for your system, see: http://support.dell.com/support/download ... the network. I am not sure that your system is using the map or give me a direct connection. Try the first driver again.

If this fails, the next step to replace the card. Here's a direct link to the service manual that explains how: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/sy ...

If after reinstalling the card, but still does not work, you may need to be replaced. If the system is covered under the warranty support options can be found at http://support.dell.com when the system is the guarantee of a replacement card will be obtained by calling 1-800 -449-3355.

Note that if this can not solve the problem of the slot on the motherboard be bad.

Hope this helps.
